ARTICLE 1 — PURPOSE

These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern all sales made through runor.co.nz. Placing an order on the site means you accept these terms in full.

ARTICLE 2 — PRODUCTS

We sell technical toe socks, available in several ranges (Merino+, Coolmax, Coolmax+, Trail Protection) and in a range of sizes and colours.

Product photographs and descriptions are as accurate as we can make them, but screen rendering may vary slightly, particularly for colour.

ARTICLE 3 — PRICES

Prices are shown in New Zealand dollars.

Runor is not currently registered for New Zealand GST. Sales to New Zealand consumers are below the NZ$60,000 annual threshold. Should this threshold be exceeded, Runor will register with Inland Revenue and GST will be collected at checkout.

Any customs duties or import charges, if applicable, are your responsibility.

We may change our prices at any time. The price that applies is the one displayed when you confirm your order.

ARTICLE 4 — ORDERS

You place your order by following the checkout process on runor.co.nz. Confirming your order means you accept these terms and forms a contract of sale between you and Runor. We send a confirmation email once your order is placed.

ARTICLE 5 — PAYMENT

Payment is taken online at the time of order, by card or any other method offered on the site. Payments are handled securely by the payment providers integrated with Shopify. Your order is confirmed once payment has gone through.

ARTICLE 6 — DELIVERY

Products are shipped to the delivery address you provide at checkout, from France.

Estimated delivery: 10 to 15 working days from order confirmation.

We send you a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

If your parcel hasn't arrived within 30 days of your order, contact us at contact@runor.store and we'll sort it — either a replacement shipment or a refund.

Under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, we are required to deliver within a reasonable time. This section does not limit that obligation.

ARTICLE 7 — RUNOR 99-DAY GUARANTEE

Runor offers a commercial guarantee of 99 days from the day you receive your order.

Take the socks out on real tracks. If they're not for you, send them back for a full refund. Refunds are processed within 5 to 10 working days of us receiving your return.

Return shipping is at your cost, except for faulty or damaged items.

This guarantee is in addition to your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and does not limit or replace them.

Full details are in our Returns and Refunds Policy.

ARTICLE 8 — YOUR RIGHTS UNDER NEW ZEALAND LAW

As a New Zealand consumer, you have guarantees under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. Our products must be of acceptable quality, fit for purpose, match their description and last a reasonable length of time.

If a product doesn't meet these guarantees, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund depending on how serious the fault is. For a serious fault, you can choose between a refund and a replacement, and you may also claim compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss.

These rights have no fixed time limit beyond what is reasonable for the product, and nothing in these terms restricts them.

You are also protected by the Fair Trading Act 1986, which prohibits misleading or deceptive conduct.

ARTICLE 9 — COMPLAINTS AND CUSTOMER SERVICE

For any question, complaint or request about an order, email us at contact@runor.store. We aim to respond within 24 hours, Monday to Friday.

ARTICLE 10 — PERSONAL DATA

The personal data collected when you order (name, address, email, phone number) is necessary to process and deliver your order. It is handled in line with the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020 and the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

You have the right to access, correct and delete your data by contacting contact@runor.store. For more information, see our Privacy Policy.

ARTICLE 11 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on runor.online — text, images, logos, videos — is the exclusive property of Runor. Any reproduction, in whole or in part, without prior permission is prohibited.

ARTICLE 12 — GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES

These terms are governed by French law, and any dispute relating to them will be submitted to the courts of Paris.

This does not affect your rights as a New Zealand consumer under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986, which apply regardless of any choice of law. You may bring a claim in the New Zealand courts, including through the Disputes Tribunal for claims up to NZ$30,000.

We'll always try to resolve any issue directly first — contact us at runor.contact@gmail.com
