Shipping and returns

What is the delivery time?

Delivery takes an estimated 10 to 13 business days after you place your order. Planning a trek or a walking holiday? Order at least 2 weeks before you leave so you're sure to have them in time.

How do I track my order?

You'll receive an email with a tracking link as soon as your order ships. The parcel travels via Belgium before it reaches you — that's the standard logistics route, not an error.

No tracking email within 48 hours of ordering? Check your spam folder or get in touch.

My parcel has said "in transit" for several days — what now?

Tracking sometimes doesn't update for 2 to 3 days, particularly during the Belgium–Netherlands leg. That's normal.

Hasn't your parcel moved in more than 5 days? Get in touch with your order number — Lisa will follow up with the carrier and come back to you within 24 hours.

Where do you ship to?

We deliver to the Netherlands, Belgium and countries within the European Union.

I haven't received my parcel, but tracking says "delivered"

Check with your neighbours first — parcels are sometimes left without notice.

Still can't find it? Get in touch with your order number and we'll sort it out together.

How does the 99-day guarantee work?

You have 99 days to try your socks. Not for you? You'll get a full refund. The only condition: they mustn't have been worn more than 5 times.

Our socks

Do they really work against blisters?

Yes. In a regular sock, your toes rub against each other with every step. Over 8 hours of walking, that's thousands of micro-frictions.

Our socks separate each toe, removing the skin-on-skin contact. No friction, no blisters. Pure mechanics.

How do I choose my size?

Our sizes: 36-38, 39-42, 43-46 (and 47-48 on selected models).

Our socks run slightly small — always go up a size if you're between two. For example: if you're a large 38 or a 39 → take 39-42. If you're a 42 → take 43-46. Go by your foot size, not your boot size.

Not sure? Email us your size and Lisa will get back to you within a few hours.

Merino or Coolmax?

Merino: warm when it's cold, cool when it's mild, naturally odour-resistant. For mountain walks, long-distance treks and cooler conditions (autumn through spring).

Coolmax: wicks sweat away fast and dries very quickly. For summer walks, trail running and feet that sweat a lot.

Cold or shoulder season → Merino. Heat or heavy sweating → Coolmax.

Who are they for?

For all hikers, trail runners and runners, men and women alike. All our socks are unisex. Our sizes start at 36.

Whether you're planning a multi-day mountain trek, the Camino or a Sunday walk: if you've ever had blisters, this is made for you.

How many pairs should I get?

One walk a week → 3 pairs minimum. Several walks a week or a multi-day trek → 5 pairs.

We offer value packs: −44% on 3 pairs, −53% on 5 pairs.

Will they fit my hiking boots?

Yes. Crew height → high and mid-cut boots.

Ankle height → low-cut shoes, trail shoes, sneakers.

You don't need to change your footwear.

Care

How do I wash my Runor socks?

Machine wash at 30°C on a delicate cycle. No fabric softener — it damages the fibres and reduces breathability.

Air dry. Do not tumble dry.

How do I wash them on a multi-day walk?

A rinse in clean water in the evening is enough. Hang them on your pack the next day — they'll be dry by your first break.

Will they pill?

Light pilling can occur, particularly on the Merino models since it's a natural fibre. This is completely normal and doesn't affect comfort or blister protection.

To limit it: wash at 30°C, no fabric softener, no tumble dryer.

Which walk are they for?

Multi-day walks and long-distance tracks:

Multi-day treks, sometimes weeks on the track.

Merino's natural odour resistance is a real advantage here, when washing isn't always an option.

Merino+ in crew or ankle height, depending on your footwear.

Plan on 3 to 5 pairs for a comfortable rotation.

Coastal tracks and beach walks:

Often warm, humid and windy.

The Coolmax ankle sock is perfect here: light, breathable and dry feet all day, even after hours in sand and wind.

Hills and forest tracks:

Bush, sandy sections and genuine elevation.

For day walks year-round: Merino in the cooler months, Coolmax when it warms up.

On hilly terrain, the elastic support stops the sock sliding down on the descent.

Alpine walks (mountain ranges):

Altitude, changeable weather and significant elevation gain.

The Merino+ crew sock is the most versatile choice: natural temperature regulation for the cold morning and the warm afternoon alike.

Take 3 to 5 pairs to rotate.

Trail running and off-road running:

The Trail Protection crew sock is purpose-built for technical terrain.

Reinforcement for shock absorption, better grip thanks to the separated toes, and dry feet even after hours of effort.

Weekend walks and short hikes:

Every Runor model works.

Never tried toe socks before?

Start with the model that suits your season: Merino in the cooler months, Coolmax in summer.
